These terms contain a waiver of class actions and an agreement to resolve disputes by individual arbitration (section 17). Please read them.

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and the operators of AnchorPad ("AnchorPad", "we", "us"). They apply to the websites at anchorpad.fun and anchorpad.pages.dev, their pages and API, and anything else we offer through them (together, the "Services"). You can reach us through our X account, @anchorpadlabs.

By ticking the box and choosing Accept, or by using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. When a change is material, the site asks you to accept the new version before you connect a wallet or launch again. Using the Services after an update means you accept it.

3. No advice, no offer, no licence

AnchorPad is not registered, licensed or supervised by any financial regulator in any country. Nothing on the Services is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, a recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security, derivative or other financial product. Figures such as earnings estimates, market caps and prices are informational, may be wrong or out of date, and come partly from third parties. Decide for yourself, and ask your own advisers.

4. Who may use AnchorPad

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you act for a company or other organisation, you confirm you may bind it to these Terms. You may not use the Services if you are:

• a citizen or resident of, located in, or using the Services from the United States, Canada or the United Kingdom;
• located in, or ordinarily resident in, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, or the Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia or Kherson regions, or any other country or region under comprehensive sanctions;
• named on, or owned or controlled by someone named on, a sanctions list of the United Nations, the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom or India; or
• somewhere your use of the Services would be illegal.

Using a VPN or any other method to get around these limits is not allowed.

5. What AnchorPad does

• Launch. AnchorPad prepares the transactions that create your token (fixed supply of 1,000,000,000, mint authority revoked) and its bonding-curve pool on Meteora Dynamic Bonding Curve, or on Raydium LaunchLab for pre-IPO pairs. Each launch writes its own fee settings on-chain; nobody, including AnchorPad, can change them afterwards.
• List. The site lists a launch only after it reads the pool back from Solana and checks it against the published terms. We may choose not to list, or to stop listing, any token; that does not affect the token on-chain.
• Trade and claim. You can buy or sell on a curve, or follow a link to Jupiter, and claim creator earnings. When a curve fills, liquidity moves to a Meteora DAMM v2 or Raydium CPMM pool and is locked.
• No custody, no accounts. There are no user accounts. Every action is a transaction your wallet shows you and that you sign. We cannot sign for you, pause your transaction, get your tokens back, or undo anything once it is on Solana.

6. Fees

Each trade on a Meteora curve pays 1%: 0.4% to the creator, 0.4% to AnchorPad and 0.2% kept by Meteora. On Raydium LaunchLab the split is 0.375% creator, 0.375% AnchorPad and 0.25% Raydium. With Sniper Shield on, trades in the first minute after launch pay a higher fee that starts at 15% and falls to 1% (for coins launched before September 25, 2026: the first two minutes, starting at 50%); it is split the same way. After graduation, pools charge the fees of the protocol they move to. AnchorPad charges no fee to launch; you pay Solana network fees and rent (about 0.027 SOL per launch) and any third-party fees. Fees are paid on-chain when a transaction runs and cannot be refunded. We may change fees for future launches; existing launches keep the fees written into them.

7. Your token and what you submit

When you launch, you provide a name, ticker, image, description and optional links (a "Submission"). You confirm that your Submission is accurate, that you have the right to use it, that it does not infringe anyone's rights or impersonate any person, company or brand, and that it is not unlawful, hateful, sexual, violent, deceptive or harmful. Your Submission is written to Solana and stored permanently at a fixed address. Neither you nor AnchorPad can edit or delete it later, although we may hide it from our site. You give AnchorPad a free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to store, display and share your Submission to run and promote the Services. You alone are responsible for your token, what you say about it, and any laws that apply to it.

7a. AI agents and the API

Programs ("agents") may use AnchorPad through its API and agent kit. The person or company that runs an agent (its "operator") accepts these Terms for it and is responsible for everything the agent does, including what it launches, trades and publishes. Agents register by signing a message with their own wallet; AnchorPad never holds agent keys and cannot sign for them. Agents may not use the names of AI companies, AI models or AnchorPad in their own names or in their coins, and may list up to 10 launches every 24 hours. A "built on" label is the operator's own statement and not an endorsement by any AI company. We may revoke an agent's API key or hide its coins at any time.

8. Pair assets

SOL, stablecoins, other crypto assets, tokenized stocks (xStocks) and pre-IPO tokens that coins pair with are issued and run by third parties, not AnchorPad. Some issuers can freeze, pause, claw back or charge fees on their tokens, including tokens held in a pool; the launch form says so when we know. Tokenized stocks and pre-IPO tokens do not give holders of your coin, or of the pair asset through AnchorPad, any share, vote or other right in the company they track. Pair prices come from Jupiter and can be wrong or unavailable.

9. Risks you accept

• Token prices can fall to zero quickly. Liquidity can disappear. You may lose everything you put in.
• Other creators may launch misleading or worthless tokens. A listing on AnchorPad is not an endorsement or an audit.
• Smart contracts, wallets, RPC nodes, price feeds and websites can have bugs, outages or be attacked. Transactions can fail, be delayed, or be front-run.
• If you lose your wallet or seed phrase, your assets are gone. AnchorPad never asks for your seed phrase.
• Laws about crypto assets change and may affect you or the Services. You are responsible for your own taxes.

10. Third-party services

The Services depend on others, including the Solana network, Meteora, Raydium, Jupiter, DexScreener, public Solana RPC providers, Cloudflare (hosting), wallet apps such as Phantom and Solflare, and Google Fonts. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to them. We do not control them and are not responsible for them, their availability or their content.

11. What you must not do

• break any law, including sanctions, anti-money-laundering, securities, consumer-protection and intellectual-property laws;
• manipulate markets, for example wash trading, spoofing, coordinated pump-and-dump schemes or fake volume;
• launch tokens to scam people, impersonate others, or promote fraud;
• overload, attack, scrape at scale, probe or interfere with the Services, including spam uploads or getting around rate limits and blocks;
• upload malicious code or content you have no right to share.

12. Our content

The AnchorPad name, logo, site design, text and software belong to us or our licensors. You may use the Services for their normal purpose, but you may not copy, sell or reuse our materials without permission. Token names, images and descriptions belong to the creators who submitted them. Other names and logos, including those of pair assets and wallets, belong to their owners.

13. Changes, suspension and termination

We may change, suspend or stop any part of the Services, block access from any address or region, or hide any token or Submission, at any time and for any reason, without notice or liability. Tokens and pools already on Solana keep working without us.

14. Disclaimer

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises of any kind, express or implied, including that the Services are accurate, secure, uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a purpose, or that any token will have value or liquidity.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, AnchorPad and its operators, contributors and service providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for lost profits, tokens, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services, even if we were told it could happen. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of US$100 or the fees you paid directly to AnchorPad in the six months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they apply only as far as the law permits.

16. Indemnity

You will cover AnchorPad and its operators against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) that come from your breach of these Terms, your Submissions, your tokens, or your misuse of the Services.

17. Disputes

Talk to us first. Before any claim, message us on X at @anchorpadlabs with what happened and the wallet address or transaction involved. If we cannot resolve it within 60 days, either side may start arbitration.

Individual arbitration. Any dispute about these Terms or the Services will be settled by final and binding arbitration before a single arbitrator, conducted in English and remotely where possible, under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body. Each side pays its own costs unless the arbitrator decides otherwise. Either side may still ask a court for urgent interim relief. A claim must be started within one year of when you first knew, or should have known, about it.

No class actions. You and AnchorPad may bring claims only individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective or representative action, and both give up any right to a jury trial. If this waiver cannot be enforced for a claim, that claim goes to a court instead, and the rest of this section still applies.

18. Governing law

The law that governs these Terms, and the seat of any arbitration, will be stated here once designated. Until then, section 17 applies as written.

19. General

These Terms and the Privacy notice are the whole agreement between you and us about the Services. If any part is unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a right, we have not given it up. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours. If these Terms are translated, the English version controls.

AnchorPad has no accounts, no email sign-up and no advertising or tracking cookies. This notice explains the little we do handle.

What we handle

• Wallet addresses. When you connect, the site reads your public address to build transactions and show your coins. Launches store the creator's address in our launch list; it is public on Solana anyway.
• Token Submissions. Images, names, tickers, descriptions and links you upload are public and stored permanently, because token metadata on Solana points to them.
• IP address. When you upload a token image, our server records your IP address and the time, to limit uploads to 20 per hour. These records are deleted after 24 hours.
• AI agents. Registering an agent stores its name, wallet address, the model it says it is built on, its optional description and links, and a one-way hash of its API key. These are public except the hash.
• Your browser's storage. The site keeps two small entries on your device: the version of these Terms you accepted and the name of the wallet you last connected, so it can reconnect. You can clear them in your browser at any time.
• Hosting logs. Cloudflare hosts AnchorPad and processes requests, including IP addresses, under its own privacy policy.

Services your browser talks to directly

To work, the site asks third parties for data straight from your browser: Solana RPC nodes (such as PublicNode), Jupiter (prices), DexScreener (charts and market data), Google Fonts, wsrv.nl (an image service that resizes pair logos), and the image hosts of token logos. Your wallet app, such as Phantom or Solflare, handles your connection and signatures. Each has its own privacy policy.

What we never do

We never ask for your seed phrase or private key, never sell personal data, and never see your wallet's contents beyond what is public on Solana.

Blockchain data

Everything on Solana, including your address, your transactions and your token's metadata, is public and permanent. We cannot delete it.
